Manual based paper forms are expensive and difficult to distribute, manage, file and retrieve. e-Form solutions provide a methodology for the automation of these processes.

e-Form solutions lets you create and store a library of on-demand, electronic forms to automate the creation, distribution, and filing of transactional forms. Depending on how and where e-Forms are used, templates can be configured as Word, HTML, or XML documents. Data from a variety of external data sources can be merged into single form; minimizing or eliminating data entry by the submitting party. The forms can be routed directly to recipients or sent to a workflow for decision based processing; adding efficiency on top of automation.
